Qareon is not a complex program, but a lightweight approach to change. 

Many organizations, experienced with change and improvement initiatives, will recognize the term business process reengineering. This approach involves enlisting teams of consultants to conduct in-depth analyses of organizational processes. The final result is a comprehensive improvement plan to target the organization's weaknesses.
