Once your hospital has committed to the program, the InnoQare team will be there to kick-off the project with your hospital staff; to organize and train the core team; to set up Qaroline; and to address any initial implementation questions.
Key to improvement is bottleneck resolution. Patient care is tracked using Qaroline. Organizational delays are registered in Qaroline. Each month Qaroline provides a monthly report, identifying the top five reasons for delay: your organization's bottlenecks. Our consultants will train and support the core team in resolving bottlenecks on ward level or help the core team to escalate bottlenecks to a higher organizational level, if the situation requires this.
